You will find a career in residential care means that you will be supporting people that require help with their "non-clinical" needs, therefore you are not expected to be a trained nurse or professional. We do however expect you to be compassionate and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn as we provide a whole host of training to ensure you are capable of performing your role safely and to expectations.
Adult social care jobs have been found to be some of the most rewarding vocations found in the UK.
